The event

The Virgin Money London Marathon takes place on April 23rd, 2017. This fast and flat 26.2 mile race takes you past some of the capital’s most iconic buildings and sights. Cheering crowds line the route, powering you on past the Cutty Sark, the London Eye, Westminster, Buckingham Palace,  and much more.

The London Marathon is one of the biggest marathons and the biggest one-day fundraising events. Since the marathon began in 1981, runners have raised a staggering £600 million for charity. Running a marathon is a truly impressive feat and a massive personal achievement, and the London Marathon’s unique atmosphere  will ensure that this is a day you’ll never forget.

Link Ethiopia is delighted to have one guaranteed place in the 2017 event. If you would like to register your interest then please do get in touch.
