Project proposal
The Grargie Elementary School has been fortunate enough to have two new classrooms built on its site very recently. But what they do not have is the furniture to make the best use of this new classroom space. Children sit on branches of wood, mud benches or on large stones that they have collected for the purpose. We are hoping to raise funds to support the school with classroom furniture.
Murton challenged to help furnish a classroom!
Murton Primary have taken on the challenge of raising £600 towards the provision of library furniture at Grargie. We wish them luck!
Fundraising in progress
Murton School held a fundraising event on Friday to support Grargie School. They had a sponsored Fun Run and a sponsored skip and hope to have raised upward of £500 from these events. Congratulations!
