Why not take action on an environmental issue? You could challenge your students to investigate ways of making your school more environmentally friendly and raise awareness in your community. There are plenty of organisations which can support you.
SEED’s Sustainable Schools program supports schools to become more sustainable. Their website contains numerous resources to learn about the issues and toolkits to improve sustainability in your school.
