Delivery information
As part of this gift you will receive our ‘Child Sponsorship Welcome Pack’ which contains details of your sponsored child, their school and our child sponsorship programme.
We normally dispatch orders within 48 hours (or 2 business days) and our postage costs are based upon Royal Mail’s charges. UK deliveries are sent 1st Class. International deliveries aim to reach you within three days after posting for Western Europe, four days for Eastern Europe, and five days outside of Europe.
Please select normal postage at the checkout and we will include the applicable postage cost in your order.
If you are also purchasing any ‘Gifts for Ethiopia’ or ‘Sponsored Gifts’ and if you don’t wish to receive posted gift card/slips for these, just leave us a note in the ‘order notes’ during checkout.
